Devoted supporters of Ariana Grande are urging that a individual who jumped a fence and touched the celebrity during yesterday's Wicked: For Good premiere be taken into custody or deported from Singapore.
A viral footage depicts the Australian man pushing past photographers and lunging at Grande while the actors made its way down a yellow carpet surrounded by supporters.
Cast member Cynthia Erivo quickly guided the stunned performer away from Mr Wen, who was seen being escorted out of the gathering by event staff.
Mr Wen shared on Instagram recently that he was "free after being arrested", though court documents revealed that he was set to appear on the next day. It is unknown if he was formally accused.
This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Troll Most Hated", has crashed a performance. His Instagram feed contains videos of him disrupting other celebrity events, including breaching the performance area at the pop singer's Sydney performance in June this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers concert in the city last December.
"There needs to be action taken against him as this is obviously a punishable act," wrote an Instagram commenter, in a response to a video Mr Wen shared of his behavior.
"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" a different Instagram user questioned.
Many fans criticized Mr Wen for "triggering past anxiety" Grande, who had spoken of dealing with PTSD after a terrorist explosion at the end of her May 2017 concert in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and harming numerous individuals.
"Ariana has been through so many scary things... and at her Manchester concert and you thought it would be fun to jump the barricade?" commented one more response on Instagram.
Some attendees also questioned event staff at the gathering for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals demanded online networks to block Mr Wen's videos.
In clips shared widely, Grande seemed surprised when she was approached by the intruder. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be seen consoling her while Mr Wen was led out by security.
Grande has not commented on the incident, and the premiere activities carried on uninterrupted.
Numerous of fans had congregated in a mass of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good Asia-Pacific debut in a Singapore venue, including several who had waited for as long as a significant duration before it started.

The production itself is a spin-off of the 1900 book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
Grande, who portrays the character Glinda Glinda, was decked out in a rosé sparkling outfit at the event while Erivo, who portrays the Elphaba, wore a sleek black dress decorated with roses.
They were accompanied by cast member Jeff Goldblum.
The first movie, Wicked, was the top-earning motion picture of the previous year in the UK, and earned 10 Oscar nominations, earning several for excellent wardrobe and production design.
