The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
